Subconscious connected breathwork is a deeply transformative practice, renowned for its powerful and far-reaching results. Through a sequence of continuous circular breaths, this technique offers one of the fastest ways to uncover and release emotional baggage stored in the subconscious.

What happens during a session?

Before we begin, you have the opportunity to share anything in your life that you feel needs attention or support. It is entirely your choice about how much you would like to talk.

You then lie on the floor, with covers and a pillow and start breathing. I will show you how to do this during the consultation. You will hear my voice to coach you (but not engage in conversation with you) and music playing.

The session can last up to one and a half hours of breathing with an integration period afterwards. This allows the energy to realign in the body and ensures that you are grounded before leaving.

This particular breathing technique often brings unresolved emotions to the surface, leading to powerful emotional release. While this process can provide deep relief, it might not always be immediately understood on a mental level. For this reason, it’s important to give yourself time afterwards for reflection and self-care.

Is this the right Breathwork for me?

Given the multitude of breathwork methods available, it’s natural to feel uncertain about which is best for you. When considering whether this is the right breathwork for you, it’s important to reflect on what you hope to find or change. Some breathwork practices are designed for gentle relaxation, others for deep emotional exploration, and each approach offers a unique experience. However, you don’t need all the answers before you begin; sometimes the best way to discover if a modality suits you is simply to come with an open mind and experience it for yourself. Trust your instincts and allow your needs to unfold as you explore what resonates with you. I also encourage you to explore the practitioner’s background, their personal experience with the modality, and the type of support they offer after sessions.

Can I do this on my own?

It is not advisable to undertake this breathwork on your own, as the process can uncover intense emotions that may lead to feelings of being overwhelmed or disconnected if not handled properly. Certified practitioners have undergone extensive training and are experienced in creating a safe, supportive environment for this deep work.

What type of music do you use?

Music is an integral part of each session. I intuitively select tracks that resonate with the energy of the session, enhancing the process through carefully attuned sound.

How often should I have a Breathwork session?

It depends on your personal goals and readiness to embrace change. If you’re seeking significant transformation, weekly sessions are recommended until you begin to notice balance. Afterwards, monthly sessions can help maintain your progress, but the frequency ultimately depends on how much you wish to invest in your own growth.
